It's Friday The one night of the week I get to truely rest and repose.

I can think of nothing better than dragging myself in from training, having a nice hot shower and collapsing on my bed to watch a boxing card or a UFC.

Aaaaahhh...The day is flying by and there's not much on at work. Training will be tough, but it gives me that nice "wrecked-tired-but-happy-bout-it" feeling.

Going with my girlfriend and a friend of mine to see Friday night fights in Rhode Island. Wanna see if Estrada has it in him to KO Whitaker. I'd be fairly impressed. Have a "Pub Crawl" on Saturday. Gonna get shitfaced. Gonna lay low Sunday I think.

He is uber nice... Really modest for a 2 time world champ. He has no illusions of what people think of him. He just hired Manny Siaca to change his style a but. His exact words, "I know I'm not the kind of guy that fills the arena... I just want to change the minds of fans one fight at a time." I also asked his stuff about the jones fight and his answer was interesting. And kind of sad...
