Couldn't agree more BG.. It's just like, it's a place to be social, and not that i'm anti-social, i just feel that i'm in a relationship, so unless it's a special occasion like a friends birthday or something, i have no need to be there..
Also here is another perspective on it that i'm sure you will agree with.. It's totally a double standard but really its NOT cause it's logical.. I feel that when i go out with my friends, she has nothing to worry about, simply because generally speaking, guys approach girls at clubs/bars.. So if i'm not going to approach anyone, then what is there to worry about? But if your girlfriend goes, then you have to worry about guys approaching her simply because that is how nature works.. Now, again, i'm not worried that if a guy approaches her that she'll act in a non-acceptable way, it's just the fact that some dude is hitting on my girl, and that irks me, thas'all.. hear me?
yeah, i mean, we've sort of talked about it, but again, i didn't feel there was a need to get into an argument over it, i just try to let it go cause she wants to hang w/ her friends.. Also, i feel that i wouldn't want to go with her, #1 because i'm letting her have her "alone" time with her friends and without me, and #2 i prefer bars.. sports bars and the like.. i don't like to dance or stand around and be a wallflower with a drink in my hand..
A line of sheer brilliance Lyle hahah..
and in reference to the poker night thing.. the thing is that, for example, last night she went out with her friends.. but i have an exam this morning, and i had class last night, so there was no way i could really do anything to get my mind off of it haha..
