I agree with everyone that it's extremely unlikely Mosley didn't know that he was taking steroids. However he's not really suing Conte on that basis that he never knowingly took them... If Victor Conte wrote in his book that he SAW Shane inject himself with steroids, and in fact he didnt, than Mosley has every right to sue him regardless of whether he was knowingly taking the roids or not.
