I think you're right except one thing, Joe did call Roy out when he wasn't shot. I remember seeing it on the Tyson undercard when he fought in Copenhagen - and it wasn't blowing smoke up anyones ass, the guy wanted to fight him more than anything. Still Joe's fault for not coming over
