4 x 2 minute rounds with partner

Defence Drills;
4 x 2 minute rounds, basic with partner.

Sparring;
3 x 2 minute rounds getting beat on hard. Swelled up and disheartened afterward.

Bagwork;
1 x 3 minute round on the heavybag.
