5 rounds skipping
4.5 rounds heavybag
2.5 rounds mitts
5 rounds double end bag
My biceps are starting to become tired as i am training with a lot more intensity these days. Started to take protein and glutamine after training to try and combat this. Hopefully I will see the affects soon.
I think I will try to do some bodyweight exercises from tomorrow to try to increase my strength.
