Funerals always occur on the evenings here
Five or six O' Clock the family gathered for the wake, people p[aying their respects filed through, this takes about 3 hours or so, the rosary is said, the remains are then removed to the church where there's a short memorial mass of a half hour or so.

The family and close friends then go back to the house, supposedly to pray, but more oftten now to drink.

The burial mass and burial occur the morning after, usually after 111 or 12 o clock.
