HDNet Fights is promoting it (Mark Cuban in particular). He's been dying to get in there and compete with the UFC. They've held a few events, decent but nothing huge. I wanna say they signed Frank Trigg, Jason Miller and Robbie Lawler or something. Dunno. But they also run some all MMA network or something (HDNet Fights). I dont get it, so I don't know.
