I go for a walk when I am stressed. Clears the head, at least for me. Anytime I get depressed or stressed I just get the shoes on put the leash on the pup and out the door I go .. When I return its all good. I also try to remember that things that are out of my control , just don’t spend one moment thinking again on them . Whats gonna happen is gonna happen. .. Seriously ..

I here ya Donny.I let it pile up sometimes and find my self in "Go mode"!Its when everything is an immediate concern and your basically swatting flies trying to multi-task,meet appointments and deal withevery body's concerns EXCEPT you own.You feel very effective and you are delegating and accomplishing your task's.........but when you get home and start to "de-brief" or download every thing You realize....."Jezzus Man.you were running around like a lunatic" ,Looking all crazy and spastic
It is not healthy what so ever,you can make yourself sick and you can make mistakes.Last week I was at the point of The same "heavy" shoulders you mentioned.I had a stinging pain in my left deltoid and my neck felt like someone was strangling me.thought I was having a frigging Stroke or aneurysm ?Constant Headache right in front of my eye,hurt awful.I made it a point to take the PM off...went down to the riverwalk and threw tennis balls in the Mississippi with my dog.Next noontime I was feeling right proper again.oh yeh.....went 24 hours without coffee also,That was tuff.Learning how to divide and conquer your daily do's Is Important.Piece by piece
The key is to find something....anything no matter how small it is,will bring you personal satisfaction, i.e A favorite show,An event..movie...Date...Fight card ....or just mellowing out with your mutt.Sometimes just having something to look forward too can "get you through".......stay calm,cool and collected![]()
