Re: Stress
I'll be coming out later with my blog #5 on meditation, the greatest stress buster. This is no casual type meditation often taught on some health magazines. This is a serious stuff. So if you're seriously interested in meditation, check out my blog a little later. I've been meditating since teenager and has more than 20 years experience, so you can be sure they're for real.
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
