Both fighters in the ring, we're nearly ready to go here. Dawson looking chilled out and relaxed, and Johnson looking the same as ever....seems eternal.

    Next up the action begins.

    Round 1:

And we're off here. Dawson looking to circle early doors, with Johnson landing a dig to the body. Good start and movement from Johnson. Dawson with a jab then straight left. Dawson working a couple of jabs. They lean on each other and trade body shots. Dawson accurate and hard with jabs and straight shots. Johnson moves forward but gets picked off with some good counters. Good hook then a body shot from Dawson, then another hook. Jab from Johnson, and again. Straight from Dawson, but a hard right from Johnson. Good trading on the bell, with Dawson maybe getting the best of it. Good stuff so far.

    Dawson 10-9

    Round 2:

Dawson coming straight out of his corner with some jabs, then a body shot, but a hard right and hook counter from Johnson land well and push Dawson back. Jab then ook from Johnson. Dawson's jabs getting through, then a pair of body shots. Dawson pawing with the jab, and Johnson lands to the body. Right hook from Dawson lands., then a straight left. Dawson doing the work, with a pair of body shots. Counter right from Johnson, but then pushes forward missing badly with an uppercut. Dawson's workrate is better. Good right hook counterfrom Johnson as Dawson backs off. Johnson's guard is picking up a lot of Dawson's work, but a fine body shot and hook from Dawson do get through.

It's a what you like kind of fight at the moment, workrate and pitter-patter from Dawson, or Johnson with hard counters?

10-10 round on my card, so that's 20-19 Dawson.

    Round 3:

His coach told Kohnson to step it up, and he does coming forward with the hammer blows of his, to the body and up top. Another couple before Dawson looks to land a jab and straight left. Straight right from Johnson looks good, then a body shot. Uppercut semi-blocked by Johnson. The frenetic early pace settling into a rhythm no, with Johnson walking down his man, and Dawson circling. Right hook from Johsnon, Dawson backs off then takes an uppercut. Right hook again from Johnson then a body shot. Dawson countering, but he's struggling here. Three body shots from Dawson, but three hard hooks from Johnson at the end. And Johnson wants this, posing for the cameras there.

    29-29, Johsnon's round.

    Round 4:

Dawson knows he's in for a battle now, if he didn't know that already. Johnson looking to close Dawson into a corner, but takes two body shot and one up top. Dawson keeping his distance and pinging jabs and straight shot. Body shot and right hook from Dawson. Body shot from Johnson. Jab and hook from Johnson, then anohter hook, and Dawson seems to be fairly rugged taking these so far. Johnson landing hooks almost at will, then a hard right to a body. Good jab then a hook from Dawson. Left hook then an uppercut from Dawson. Jab and a hook from Johnson. Jab then right from Johnson, thebn another straight shot. Jab then hook, and a second from Dawson.

Hard round to call, another 10-10 on my card.

Dawson Johnson on now. Got a feeling Bad Chad will win this fight with ease.

It's a rerun of the Adamek fight imo, as long as Dawson doesn't hang his chin out he'll clock up a 120-108 victory imo

Dawson looks like he wants to trade. Probably not a good idea but he took the first round easily enough.
