Seriously, Floyd will not fight a 147-lb killer in Cotto or Margarito. He didn't fight Hatton at 140, and yet he still had to resort to elbowing and paying the referee to KO the Englishman who was obviously not in his prime weight class.

I don't know about Floyd owning Cotto. He'd still be considered the favourite imo but Cotto is so improved it's amazing. However, people need to remember Gomez and Floyd are two different kettles of fish. I don't think Cotto would be acting arrogant in the ring if it was anybody but Gomez. Cotto is smarter than that.
