I think Cotto wins this, I mean Cintron hits hard, but he hits differently than Cotto. WHile Cotto busts you up, Cintron goes for the one punch KO. I think also Cotto being shorter hits much harder to the body, and who knows how Margarito deals with body punches like Cotto's? I don't know if he's ever been in there with a true body puncher. Another factor IMO is Cotto's jab, I think Margarito would be eating it all night because Cotto is so much faster than him, and he punches with much straighter punches. I am not saying Cotto can't lose this fight, but I have a hard time seeing it. There is a reason Margarito has 5 loses and Cotto is undefeated.
This isn't the time that we can compare Cotto with Cintron guys , for me he even hit hard , dont have any defense and speed , in a bad situation doesn't come with plan b or c and don't have boxing , all those features that i mentioned , Cotto have it and each time that comes to fight comes with something different , so each time is getting much better that everybody expect of him ........Lets see with what Margarito comes in that fight....... " QUE VIVA NUESTRO CAMPEON COTTO "......

Margarito is going to be a tough assignment but I figure the way Miguel attacks, the length of Tony's arms and wide punches, the way Tony likes to fight on the inside exchanging punch for punch and the fact Miguel is a murderous body puncher all favor Cotto.
Cotto is stone faced, Margarito can't get in his head and if he did, I doubt it would be to his advantage as IMO it would only seem to piss off a guy who punches harder than ANYONE Margarito has ever set foot in the ring with.....yes that does include De la Hoya.
I can see Miguel boxing beautifully and really slowing Margarito down with the accumulation of punishment to the body AND the head....Margarito's defense for left hooks is his chin and Cotto ain't the kind of guy to use that strategy against.
Cintron was scared of Margarito and he was also an emotional fighter. When you're scared your punches aren't sharp and when you're emotional you let momentum become a factor and your thoughts and feelings about the fight become more obvious giving your opponent a window into your soul where he can forsee you giving up when he lands punches. Miguel Cotto never gets scared and he never changes his expression which means it's harder to figure out what he's thinking and feeling.
Cotto without too much hesitation. Very good fight though.
