manny is still a top class trainer but has become a victim of his own success, there are many boxer who want him to train them, as a result he doesnt seem as able to do a great job anymore, also its had a snowball effect with his fighters loseing back to back and maybe the others he trains have lost fatih in his methods

he's still one of the best out there tho
