again as you have pointed out it depends. If they are experience they are likely to bash you when you turn away or the punch just comes out of the blue, you also get the mouths who just yak-and you can avoid confrontation with this sort. It's the first sort of loons you have to worry about. Like knives, if they know what they are doing the first you'll know about it is when you get cut, all this waving a blade round like in the movies is for people who don't have a clue.

Seriously, work out those weight shifts and never get your hands ahead of your hips ( sorta quoting Mr Langford) And if done right it won't feel like you are punching hard.
