Hattons mum could have ref'd and Floyd still would have beaten him.
The ref didnt throw the left hook that mad Ricky headbutt the ringpost.
Any referee worth his salt would have seen that Floyd was blatanly using his elbows. And would've let Hatton hold a little. If Nady allows Nard to hold for the whole fight, why can't Cortez allow Hatton for a few seconds?

Mayweather will rematch both De La Hoya and Hatton first IMO and if Cotto is still there then they will fight in 2009. Everyone needs to calm down. They will fight.

Floyd fights for money not legacy. Fighting Hatton and Oscar again proves fuck all as far as im concerned.

He should fight the best in his division like a champion should and stop chasing paydays, he is minted as it is the greedy bastard.

I love how some Hatton fans can take any thread and turn it into a place to make excuses for why Hatton lost.

We should have a stickied thread at the top of the forum that simply says "Hatton lost because he's not good enough!!"

    Agree with Mr Lang

Cotto to fast for Marg and not fast enough for Mayweather.

If the Cotto/Mayweather fight is at the MSG I give Cotto more of a chance than if the fight goes down in Vegas.
