Oscar could still be around for a while if he wants to.
His style isn't crash & burn, & he is intelligent.
He will be with us as long as he has the fire in his heart IMO.
yeah B-Hop is 40 almost 41. but he was willing to become an extremly borring, take the easy rode fighter to last so long - i mean take nothing away from the guy, he done what he had to do!

The older he got the less minutes per round he fought. he was willing to fight bums, where as the golden boy would always look for big fights V top guys, and i highly doubt he would be content to become a borring fighter just to pick up a few more wins.

Now that you mention it it does seem like he has been around forever...Hard to imagine he was once a super featherweight.....

Yet again...this shows why I never bet against you.

I'd like to say that I am truly pleased with my bwoys performance.

Also...Nightmare, Bababooey, Starr, Gbradon (or whatever)...all I gotta say is:
    Myself included.

I chose DLH by a 12 round UD but gave Mayorga a decent chance of ending the night early. By early I didn't mean a lopsided 6 round ass kicking in DLH's favour.

DLH is back, and if he were to fight PBF, I couldn't easily say that I think Floyd would win. DLH wouldn't be bothered by Mayweather's power, I don't think Mayweather could continuously lean in and land his lead right hand, and I don't think DLH would stand there while Floyd flurries. I don't think DLH would have much problem throwing at the same time as Floyd. If DLH pressures Floyd like Castillo... it could be trouble because DLH is bigger, stronger, faster, and punches with superior accuracy.

Not saying I'd take DLH but I think it would be almost foolish to be totally confident in Floyd for this fight... the way we are for all of his others.
wacko why are you ashamed of urself. please don't tell me you betted against oscar
Nah babe...as I siad I nevre bet against Oscar...I'm just ashamd that I htought mmayorga stood a chance!

It makes me laugh how so many people put down oscar for having so much money being so good looking and having a lovely wife

No one seems to recall he is one of the greatest boxers ever, who has earmned everything he got.

He cant help being so popular and if it was you, you would do the same.....

People forget he is such a great boxer!

We all figure Oscar will go after Floyd after this fight, and that's all well and good, he may be fallin right into the same trap Tito did, beat up on Mayorga, then go after the best P4P guy out there. Whatever, doesn't matter to me much. But where does Mayorga go from here? I mean this was his last BIG fight. He blew it. I dunno if he should just retire or come back at 154 and continue fighting.

Risking his life is completely a ridiculous statement. Risking a loss, maybe. But his life? The man's name is the Golden Boy, not Oscar the Life Taker, and thereis a reason for that. Plus, Oscar was alot bigger than Shane. Shane basically skipped 140, and went straight to 147, and we know what happened in that fight.

But Shane is also stronger then PBf and he can take a punch, we all know what happened in the pBF and Zab judah fight.

Not for the post, but for the icon. I'm listening to the The Listening right now. Still haven't picked up Seperate But Equal though, but I did pick up The Chittlin Circuit (never picked it up before). They had it at CD Warehouse for $20 Still got it though.

Floyd took all of Zab's shots well. If he didn't he would have been KOd. At the time, Shane wasn't stronger than Floyd. He is now, only because he has been at a heanier weight for awhile. I know you don't agree that Floyd would be risking his life, do you?
