Hire a suit or buy a real snappy one.
Keep alot of business cards in it ,if you havent got much cash to pack it out.
Act a little shy or reserved the first time your near her.
Smile,Two blinks and look down on a slight angle outside her feet line.
Think to your self "I'd like to flip you upside down you bitch" and then look up fast so they catch that twinkle in your eye and smile with your eyes like you just got caught, followed with your normal smile. say " Oh hello "as if they have caught you off guard.

This will make them wonder what you first thought and if they are slightly attracted to you in the least way they will (have to eventually know).
It up to you what tack your boat takes from the point of conversation onwards. "lets get out of here" is a good starting point.
