Get Moore Tattoos
He's from Vancouver. His price is $165/hr, but I think it would be worth it judging by his work. According to his website, he gets so many requests that he can only accept about 5% of them.

Nice work from him. Really does well with the Japanese themes.
All mine but 2 were done by the same artist; but I really want Paul Booth to do my backpiece. Would be difficult to get to New York, and very expensive though. Paul Booth is one of the best IMO.
With that many requests I wonder why he's taken jobs drawing on guys asses
Cartoon is argueably the worlds most recognized tattoo artist of todays generation.
His fucken work is phenomenal.
I really want to get some new work done. I particularily want to get a couple of tats memorializing my mom. I'd also like to get a nature-themed one, honoring when I am from (Pacific Northwest). My problem is I can't draw for shit, so I have a hard time coming up with actualized concepts. It's hard to just describe a tat, especially if its very detailed.
Cartoons done work on people like:
Eminem
50 Cent (The work on his back)
Exhibit
Fat Joe
Methodman
Big Boi (Outkast)
Dr. Dre
Travis Barker
Justin Timberlake
Beyonce
among others...
Ryan Holden
That's my friends work. He's only been at it for a couple of years, but he does some good stuff. One of my tats is actually on there.
He's going to do a half-sleeve for me in the next little while, if I can ever drag my ass over to the mainland.
BME: Body Modification Ezine - The biggest and best online bod-mod site since 1994
That's a good site for a bunch of different portfolios. My 18th birthday is nearing so I'm looking for a good tattoo artist as I have a few different ideas for what I want.
I like Paul Booth's work as well. I learned about him from the guy that did my tattoo's. He had worked some events with Paul.
I wish he still had his website, so that I could show you guys his work, he does great work. Great guy too, he won't charge people a lot of money in order for him to do what he enjoys, and for being able to create pieces of art. Which sucks for him, because he could be living much, much better financially if he charged the prices everyone else does, but he's in it for the art, and not the money. Hmmmm, Floyd should learn from him. hehehe
He's done tattoo's on probably 50 people that I work with, and he also did the tattoo's on the disgraced former Ohio State star football player Maurice Clarett. He told me Clarett was the biggest baby, he would cry, and sometimes would have Thad stop working on him, and says he would come back another day to have him finish it, because he couldn't take the pain anymore. lol
