What makes yo think Hopkins doesn't have the psychological advantage? Kessler doesn't do much with the mind games, so Joe could do what he wanted. Hopkins is the master of mind games. To me it looks like Joe is looking for some advantage in the weigh in because he needs something. Hopkins looks calm and like he has nothing more to do. It's his bread and butter. Those smiles will mean little to B-Hop

Hopkins is always good when it comes to pre fight rituals. Im pleased that there were no shenanigans from BHop besides a somewhat weak "I will break your heart" or something lame like that.
Calzaghe looks menacing though. I was having a few contemplative moments but the weigh in has dispelled any room for doubt. Calzaghe is going to hack Hopkins down like an old tree.
I know when Hop has an advantage or not . I saw it with Winky . I knew Tarver was beaten b4 he stepped in the ring but I havent seen anything from Joe that would suggest teh same. Hopkins hasnt doen anything . He tried getting in Joes face at the weigh in but Joe got in his face back and got the crowd behind him . Hop was booed off the stage . I could be wrong but my feeling is if Hopkins is gonna beat Joe its gonna be in the ring as he cant do it outside.
Nothing you suggested indicates a psychological advantage though. Hopkins knows when to talk and when not to. what was it about the winky and Tarver fights that made you feel that? If it was just because he spoke out more that means nothing i dont think. Sometimes less is more.
