Penalosa is old. And eventhough if he beats DPDL in august, that won't still propel him to top 10 p4p.
Diaz?.. Which one?
Takefumi Sakata?.. then in that case Lorenzo Parra will have to be in top 10 p4p first before Sakata.

Mijares and Montiel - they need to have a great trilogy just like Vazquez and Marquez did and capture boxing fans' heart too to make it to the top 10.
Nonito Donaire needs to defeat Mijares and Montiel just like Pacquiao did with Morales and Barrera.
Haye needs to defeat Wlad twice.

Erm,that would be Juan Diaz. I never thought he was P4P top 1,those guys who did were bandwaogn jmupers but he was top 15,I'd say he's still JUST top 20.
And you're reason for Penelosa not being there....because he's old?Erm....Underdog in most of his fights,LOTS had him beating DPL,he beat Gonazalez as an underdog,and he beat the rock solid thai. All his losses have been close(2 of them v Tokuyama and 2 to Choo,in their backyards,could have and some s should have gone to Gerry) And I'm talking about latter 10,the last 10,not the top 10!!
