Sure joe was knocked down, but he didnt look hurt from it, shrugged it off immeadiately after (not to take away the fact he was knocked down).

Joe was also caught well during an exchange at the end of a round (i think it was the only middle round i gave to hopkins, hopkins came out with better punches during the exchange)

Likewise i saw in round 10 hopkins was rocked badly by a hook from joe during an exchange and forced a clinch because it looked that if they carried on trading he was going down.

Id say that all in all, hopkins hurt joe slightly more...but lets face it, both fighters have cracking chins and werent gonna get ko'd.

I did think that before hopkins clinched, if calzaghe had managed to hit him once or twice more in the chin then hopkins wouldve gone down in the 10th but this was also because hopkins stamina had gone by this time, but hed prob get back up again anyway.

In summary, neither fighter was hurt real bad as in legs wobbling. Joe took a knock down but came back to fight. Bhop took a big punch in the 10th and stayed up albeit via a clinch.

Hopkins threw less punches but they appeared cleaner although calzaghe landed with more one two's after hed figured a way to get past hopkins defence.

Hopkins got hit with combos later on in the fight but was only hurt once.

Calzghe got hit less but was hurt twice, once the knock down and second time during an exchange at the end of a round.

Neither fighter looked like they were wobbling badly at any point though.
There were a few times Nard held on to Joe after being on the receiving end of the Calzaghe Express. He got hurt alright. Nar'd just good at acting unhurt, AND acting hurt.
