I don't think Jones would take a fight with Pavlik, unless it was at light heavy. Jones will try to get Joe. Pavlik has a few options, but I can't see Jones being the top 1 right now.

Everyone wants Joe including RJJ and Pavlik, but if they either do not get him then they could fight one another. My bet is that Pavlik will unify the middleweight division and RJJ may fight Tarver again, if he does not get Joe.
