Thanks for all the advice; In the end i eat :

9am Porridge and vitamins etc

1 - some pasta and chicken

snacked on some cashew nuts a bit till

5:30 ish - had some more pasta and chicken

7-8ish some museli bars and slightly sugary things

Then i think I fought about 9:30,

Energy levels were good , fought to a draw but I am quite happy with that anyway.
