IMO to stand and trade with Kelly would be a mistake for him big time simply because of that reason...lack of power....I don't know if he can make Kelly respect his punches enough to keep him honest so to speak...

Either way though I still go with Joe....He always seems to pull it out and no one ever seems to give him the credit for it ?
Exactly my point. London BB you mention Byron Mitchell but Byron Mitchell also knocked down Calzaghe..believe me if Pavlik knocks him down he's not getting back up like he did against Byron.
The Lacy fight was just accumulation and I don't consider that a brawl because Lacy was throwing one shot at a time whilst Calzaghe was using angles. You can't have a 'brawl' throwing one punch at a time.

Finally, Daxx, I did give Joe credit after the Kessler win..I was really impressed and said that he was the real deal. I said that he probably always was but didn't have the competition to show it. After the Bhop fight though, it just kinda reminded me about the things I used to hate about Calzaghe. The slappy punches, the rushing in with no defence etc. I don't know whether that's testament to Bhop for making him look ugly. Calzaghe seems to be one of those classic 'best form of defence is offence' kind of guys because he seemed against Bhop to have no defence beyond his punches.
Roll on Roy Jones Vs Calzaghe I guess..
