They say it's not good to punch the bag because "it doesn't hit back". Which is true, but here's what we're all forgetting. [b] You can punch on a human face, before long it will come bloody and bruised and disfigured. But you can punch that bag all day long, (and unless you're something crazy,) it can take just about any punishment you can dish out. You can beat it until your hands bleed, but it will show no signs of injury whatsoever.
