NABF super bantamweight champion Bernabe Concepcion, 20, of the Philippines has been training for weeks with chief trainer Freddie Roach at the Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles. Concepcion, who fights for Team Pacquiao, will be heading in Mexico tomorrow. Concepcion is rated WBC #7, WBO #9 at 122 pounds. He has a record of 24-1-1 and is unbeaten at 15-0-1 in his last 16 bouts. Manny Pacquiao said "....Bernabe works very hard and is focused only on boxing. He is improving all the time. If all goes well, he will fight for a world title at the end of this year." Concepcion will defend his NABF title Saturday against Torrence Daniels, 10-3-1, of Denver.
