Its a biomechanical fact, its all where the head is its simple. If the heads not where it should be then the rest of the body isnt. That applies to any Sport.

To be qiute simple Sharla, not many people understand the concept thats the truth. Ive been studying the idea for years, trying to find out why as regards movement. Ive had a good career doing what I did, but knew there was something missing in mine and everybodys concept. I remember when I was talking to three University Lecturers who later told me they thought I was completely Bonkers. Now they are amongst my best freinds who I coach. Its the bodys job to keep the stuff between the ears in its proper alinement for better perception of Feel.

This possibly has nothing to do with what you're getting at Scrap but I've recently realized that it's easier for me to get my body into the punch if my head and chin is not coming forward too much.
It seems sticking my chin out like that prevents me from having an axis to rotate my body around.
I'm not sure why I got into sticking my head forward in the first place - maybe trying to put my body into the punch without pivoting and trying to sort of strain or pull it there with my head - I was banned from pivoting for a while but had a lot more power before that.
Perhaps that's not it though? Perhaps there's some other common cause of people sticking their heads and chins out too far in front of them?
