being a huge JMM fan im obviously biased, but i will say this, prior to the rematch with JMM all the media kept blasting on how hard core his training was and how serious and focused manny was in his training camp this time finally blah blah and how he was gonna just KTFO JMM so i was actually worried for JMM but obviously Pac didnt stop JMM. so is it the media to blame for hyping up how hard pac trains or not trains??

lol! It's ok to be biased sometimes bro. Don't get me wrong here, but most of those medias were right. Manny was at his absolute best that day. He was not able to score a knockout because Juan Manuel Marquez was also in the best form that I have ever seen him in. He trained for nearly 4 months for that fight. Pac only trained 2 months.
Opponents become more difficult to KO as a fighter steps up in class. The Ring ranked Juan Manuel Marquez as the 3rd best p4p boxer in the world when he fought Pacquiao. JMM showed that he deserved that ranking. Marquez is an elite prizefighter still in his prime who has never been knocked out in his entire career.
