They were on the same card back in December as well...Personally I think Vic has gone past his best and is on his way to the old former champion struggling to relive past glory road...He will be a factor in the SFW division but not the main attraction if that makes sense...

As for Doniare this kid has not even reached his potential...Funny thing about it all and something I hate that promoters do when sending out press releases or sites do when speaking of future cards is..they are already assuming Montiel beats Maldonado....A fight I really would like to see...Both have pretty much mirror records

I was thinking exactly the same thing. just cause both nonito and vic has defeated maldonado does is really mean montiel will get past him. They are really looking past maldonado. I rather see montiel fight, banal or young concepcion. then donaire mijares.

Titi gets cut a lot. He's got those scar tissues on his eye brows right above his eyes that could easily reopen from 2 or 3 good punches. Imo it's almost guaranteed he'll get blinded by his own blood fighting Montiel.

I think Darchinyan has a great shot at defeating Kirilov, I mean Kirilov struggled against a very limited Santos.

I would also be surprised if Montiel didn't stop Maldonaldo! I would like to see a Donaire/ Montiel fight but would much prefer a to see a Mijares/ Montiel bout 1st!
