how is "punch power" obtained on this forum

While were at it, can someone explain how the green bar under the punching power works?

It's supposed to be your punch power meter but it's full by tike 12 punch power... I guess the way Saddo set up the reps was just to quick for the meter... It should have been slowed down so it's full at like 150 punch power or something. It didn't antisipate the mass repping that happens on this forum

The punch power thing wasn't very well thought out since it'll increase exponentially. By the end of the year there'll be guys here with punch power over 10000.
