They are two different sports, one no better than the other. You people who say "fuck MMA, its garbage, ect" should be ashamed of yourselves. You're just as ignorant as the MMA fans who claim boxing is outdated and boring.

Of course MMA and boxing are going to clash and compete for the public's dollar, but why do MMA and boxing fans have to clash too? I believe if you're a true fight fan, you can easily like and follow both of them, because both (along with K-1) have some fantastic, skilled athletes and put on great fights for the fans.

Lets try to chill out, lose the elitist attitudes and just enjoy good fights, no matter what rules they are held under.

.....I am not ashamed of myself....when MMA decides to not have a fan base of douchebags then I'll try my damnedest to give it some respect...until then you're either going to have to ignore me OR debate me....I suggest ignoring it would be easier for both of us and you never know, if people don't bring MMA up then maybe I won't continue to shit all over it.

That chinese dude has the fucking Olympic rings on his forehead....seriously? Do the chinese Olympics mean THAT much to you? Oh wait a second, I think he's the favorite to win the rickshaw races this summer.....yes I know it's a bit un-PC but I'm willing to sacrifice other people's feelings in the name of humor, because that IS funny.

As for the white guy with the face full of tats under Mr. CooL ICE....it looks like someone played a practical joke on Michael Moore when he was passed out after 5 hours of binge eating at the Golden Corral.

The "quintisental douchebag" looks like Paulie Malinaggi and Peter Manfredo had a baby....and yes I realize that Paulie and Peter are boxers but that doesn't stop them from being douchebags.

And the musclehead under the Malinaggi-Manfredo hybrid looks like he lackered his hair...is there anymore hair gel left in New Jersey buddy

Anyone notice how many Italian-Americans there are in these pictures? I'm not saying.......I'm just saying....it's an awful strange coincidence.

Bigragu is going to kill me but at least I didn't call them wops.....I thought about it though.......really really hard hahahahaha.

5 billion dollars says that blonde that's with Mr. Hair Gel has a "tramp stamp"....you know the tattoo right over a girl's ass....I'm betting perhaps a butterfly or maybe even a popcicle melting or something that a prostitute or a porn star would have.

she probably has a cesarean scar as well

But alas, I am just guessing

An ankle or wrist tattoo...which is always explained as such ....

all this talking crap on MMA... geeze.... i love MMA, its great, its as close as street fighting as you can get without the felonys...
but boxing is classic and the sport of gentlement as they say.
both are equaly as exciting to watch. there are boring MMA fights, and boring Boxing matchs, as are there amazing MMA fight and Amazing boxing matchs...
in my opinion boxing is much harder to do.... for me. MMA just takes brute streangth and firce anger.
Boxing take so much thought and planing in a instance.

ok PS. i have a trible tattoo.. so shush.... they should just change then name to MMA fighter tattoos now.

hahaha this chick friend just told me she was getting a tat on her wrist, I advised strongly against it, so she got a swallow on her hip instead. Probably a good fit for her as she loves giving head, but tat's are hard for a chick to pull off.

Funny. But you take this mma thing so personal it makes me wonder if that quote is from an ex girlfriend that left you for an mma fighter

Just so bitter. There's gotta be some personal experience here.

Fess up Lyle. We won't think any less of you. It could be very healing for you to get it out. You're among friends.

you cant compare boxing and MMA. there is no comparision between the two. i like both although i change the channel when i know that its the "ground fighters" night. i hate ground fighting. i think it consumes too much time and makes it less exciting, well, at least for me.

Whats to debate? Ok, so you're going to take a couple of MMA fighters (guys who really are unknown nad not even on the world MMA stage) and judge MMA as a whole by that? All you're doing is making yourself look like a fool. Yeah MMA has its share of douchebag fans (the same can be said for boxing), but there are a lot of intelligent MMA fans who follow it passionately and know what they're talking about. What you're doing now is no better than an MMA fan taking Mike Tyson, Tony Ayala and James Butler and drawing the conclusion that boxers are nothing but women raping/beating, murdering, drug dealing thugs
