A drop of somekind blue fluid on surveillance cam's lens on a windy night.

No biggie there.

The people that were there at the time claimed they actually saw the blue object with their own bare eyes.

Don't know about the woman thru the wall tho...

Honestly, that video gave me goosebumps the first time I played it.

It is not something that I would wanna watch alone in the dark. Good thing it's a beautiful sunny afternoon in California right now.
