    It's simple for me....

A great champion wins on ANY turf.

    It's that simple.

exactly, doesnt matter if your fighting in las vegas or laos, the best fighter on the night will win regardless.

Only exception to the rule i would say was lewis-rahman in south africa, lennox very stupidly only went out their a few days before the fight and just could not get used to the climate.

heres a guy who`s clean sweeped the heavyweight division and been the distance on endless occasions breathing heavy after 5rounds with hasim rahman...he definetly didnt travel well that night!!
    one dangerous horrible bloke

It wasn't where they were ,but the fact he wasn't training for his fight with Rahman... Lennox is known for not taking fights seriously. Ali never had trouble travelling, all the mexicans that have come up to the states and have done well. Monzon, Duran, The few cubans way back when, kid chocolate, kid Gavilan, Pacquaio(as was mentioned), Wright did well in Europe. Mayweather though he hasn't left the states has often been the hated boxer in his fights which resembles being the visitor, and he's done fine.
