What happened to the days where guys like Sam Langford who started at featherweight or welterweight could go up and win the heavyweight championship of the world? Or Joe Gans... if history tells me anything its that little guys must stand some sort of a chance or these things would have never happened.

Those guys were in their 20's when they fought at those low weights more than a few times. Regardless PAcquaio started his career as a teenager as well so as an adult I would say he didn't truly become his full size until about 125 pounds, but even then I would say right now he probably naturally is as a big as Mayweather in terms of walk around weight. He came in against Marquez at 145... thats huge for a 130 pounder.

I don't think so Taeth. Pacquaio's built, like most Filipinos, don't really grow much. At age 20, most of us stop growing or have a very slow growth.![]()
