    Lol.

Hes not 3% bodyfat mate. The body cant get physically below 4% without dying.

The most shredded bodybuilders in the world who are 250 lbs and have paper thin skin and veins/striations everywhere who have been dieting for 20 weeks to get like that arent even 3% mate, they will be at 4% bodyfat.

Hes got a good little physique for a boxer, the lad is only 10 stone so hes hardly a big guy but you can see that the quality muscle on his frame gave him more strength over witter, hes a tough lil cookie, good fighter!

If boxers started to do a bit of bodybuilding and got themselves leaner and more muscular (this way theyd remain in their weight category with an increase in lean mass and reduction in bodyfat and fluid retention) then they would benifit from more power and superior stamina...sadly though bodybuilding hasnt made its way into boxing just yet, it will do one day though i think.

Bradley is around 8-10% bodyfat mate, no where near close to 3%.

In my avatar pic i am at 7-8% and you can see im leaner than bradley AND weigh in at 230 lbs as opposed to 139 lbs, so if you do the maths and work out percentages, my increased lean tissue of 91 lbs makes a massive difference in the bodyfat %...so in a way i wouldnt be suprised if bradley is around 10% instead.

Still, this isnt bodybuilding Hes a good fighter, i was impressed a lot, great power at that level, great strength, good movement, good defense and a good all round fighter, but i think he will be too limited when fighting a better opponent. Great conditioned physique for a boxer aswell

I read it in Boxing Weekly just thought it would be true but you know more so I take your word for it. Muscles in boxing did not work for Bruno, it slowed him down and he tired quicker during fights. Holyfield however did not have those problems.
