if you want to work on something that will really and i mean really help you in the ring and with competitions then you want to be working on the footwork!
footwork, parrying and slipping are the way to win near on every fight that you enter. an educated, fast
dont let the pros fool you,
an effective jab with a strong cross is far more effective then somone who can walk into their opponent and hurl hard shots.
how old are you man?
16 , mate. Yeah i really need to work on my defense. I had great defense in karate, i saw punches coming from a mile away but i was use to pushing them away and that leaves you wide open in boxing so i need to improve my head movement.
