In terms of viewers and media attention, Mayweather-DLH II will easily be the biggest fight of the year. It won't do the same PPV numbers as the first fight, but it will still almost certainly be a Top 3-4 all time PPV seller.
In terms of PFP significance, Pacquiao-Marquez II is the biggest of 2008 so far and will likely still be #1 at the end of the year.
Cotto-Margarito is a great matchup but is not in the running for biggest fight of the year. It will be lucky to get to 300K PPV buys.
