that's fine, not saying you have to jog - it's just often the most readily available & cheapest exercise, not everyone can afford a decent bike/gym membership but most of us can put on some running shoes and hit the road.Originally Posted by Snakey
I've got dodgy knees through martial arts so I mix it up, if people push themselves swimming is a great exercise, as is the cross trainer.
