Every fuckin day all I get to eat is a bowl ful of granola, 2 bananas, a yoghurt, a flapjack, a roll, an apple and a bowl of either pasta or rice with vegtables.

Small bowl sugar free muesli, a salad and a grilled chicken breast with 40g Brown rice and green veg
