Zelenoff; Let's wrap it up.

In the time I've spent here at Saddo's Charlie Zelenoff and his aliases ProBoxer18 and Baller27 have been a running joke and a focal point of discussion among Saddo forum members.
Of course Zelenoff himself elevated his own status with his verbal ramopages broadcast internationally via Youtube.
For many posters here, his story was one looked upon as bothe a source of puzzlement and amusement.

I only fleetingly came to know Charlie before I lost interest in the whole debacle, i have no persoanl interaction with him, but I feel we should kill the story here. When we spent time laughing at a faceless forum poster that was fine, but his own name and identity are now the source of our collective ridicule and I feel that this has to be emotionally damaging for him.

From what I have gathered Charlie during this entire melee, was only motivated by the affection he received from his mother and his uncle's encouragement. Apart from one vague reference, which he never elaborated on Charlie never mentioned that he had friends. He never alluded towards any education or employment and although his "fight" took place in a school gym, I feel that he may be lost in life.

It has also crossed my mind, that mentally, Zelenoff is not "fully there." I'm not excusing his actions saying that he is mentally disabled, but from his posts he certainly gives the impression that he is a little simple, to put it bluntly.

So, I ask you guys, can we let this thing die.
I honestly feel too sorry for him to let this continue.

To be honest i think he has had the last laugh, i always thought that this was one big joke. And now he has got everyone talking about him on multiple forums he has achieved what he wanted.

What makes me feel that Charlie is taking everyone for a ride, is a couple videos he has out. One in particular, raises real red flags that is all a promotional stunt.

Take a look at the one where he is interviewed by a sports magazine! LOL

That one, while he probably thought it would infuriate people, he just got overly silly with it, had an accomplice and basically gave himself away.

The "fight" may have been real for him, but those videos are nothing more than viral marketing and he is enjoying every bit of negative and positive attention from them.

I just felt from the get go, this Zelenoff stuff was a publicity stunt that belonged in the appropriate section of the forum, and then more and more seemed like it was creeping on the front page.. Until boom, this place had nothing else intelligent to talk about than this tool on the front page

Again I have no problems with people laughing and having a good time over ridiculous shit, but do it in the designated place of the forum

He has also been on the forums at boxrec and boxingscene

At least with this site we can designate the chit chat threads to an entirely different section of the forum.

I for one am of the same thought of logic that zelenoff really isnt that smart enough to be on one big windup.

The guy was like 16 when he started posting on here, went out of his way to get a pro licence and even flew to arkansas to box.

I for one have spent many an hour enjoying the whole chirade, though i do agree with the original post. Some of the stuff thats been mentioned ieutting down his father, ringing up his gym, death threats etc have been way way over the top.

Hopefully zelenoff continues his fool hardy approach to life and beats that fat fucker whos been calling him out for the last 2 weeks!!
