Cotto is the number 1 welteweight for me. Floyd beat Judah on PTS while getting knocked down, Cotto knocked him out. Floyd beat a shot to fuck Mitchell and a Jr welter in Ricky Hatton. Cotto beat Shane Mosely and Carlos Quiantana. Carlos Baldomir is hardly a great as well. Cotto without doubt has fought the better competition at WW.
