Its not a good fight IMO but Im still gonna buy it cuz im a sucker for these things. Big crowd good atmos but the action wont be great . Laz will put up resistance for a few rounds then predictably crumble. The only drama I envision is if Rickys gets cut . Otherwise a straight forward fight which sets up the formailty of a Malignaggi fight later in the year .
I understand the Witter argument but i don't understand the Castillo argument. Lazcano lost to Castillo at Lightweight when Castillo was in his prime at his prime weight. That was 3 years before Castillo fought Hatton, where he obviously wasn't comfortable at the weight and looked like a shot fighter in his previous fight to the Hatton one.

Well I suppose you have to rate Castillo in the first place which I dont . His best win was when he cheated vs Chico ( a guy who had already knocked him out ) apart from that what has he ever done? I think Casa owned him . Floyd beat him twice. Hatton stopped him . Ngoudo or whatever his name was nearly beat him . So basically I think Castillos over rated yet he beat Lazcano . In my book that tells me this is a easy fight for Ricky . He may make it hard but he should be fighting better than this if he wants to make any waves.
