I'm sorry but he's not all that impressive to me... I'm not a hater and wish him the best but he's got some proving to do... If he does what he says he's gonna do and come over here to make a name worldwide then more power to him...

He just has a long way to go to convince me... But i hope he does

I have a hard time picturing anything that Lazcano could do to bother Hatton. He may win a few rounds, but he doesn't have the power to slow Hatton down, he doesn't have the speed or accuracy to come out on top during inside exchanges or to catch Hatton on the way in.

His only chance IMO is to catch Hatton with a peach on the way in, which is extremely unlikely.

I don't think anyone can honestly say this is anything more than a showcase for Hatton. Lazcano is a nice guy and may get some support for that, and people that are seriously anti-Hatton may cheer for him. But his chances are very poor.

Hattons chin in general is usually pretty firm.

Walked through some beautys against tszyu and got tagged more than enough against collazo.

Even with hattons weight draining and his recent illness i dont see lazcano throwing anything that ricky should be worried about.

My only fear for the fight is hatton not getting to grips with juans style and it turning into a contest whereby ricky has to make the fight as scrappy as possible in order to win himself rounds.

Hatton has a very good chin... People forget how strong Floyd is. By no means is he the hardest puncher(even close) in the div... But he hits clean constantly and has good pop on ALL his punches.

Hatton won't have a problem with Lazcano's power but he will need to keep it a scrap...

Most hatton fans heading to City of manchester stadium will be hoping ricky gets on him right from the first bell and turns the contest into an all out war.

I on the otherhand would much prefer to see ricky use some of his old boxing skills and not be afraid to float in and out at times even if it means he sacrifices a KO win.

Sheer agression will beat lazcano, it`ll probably see malinaggi off, but against your PBFs, cotto`s and margaritos ricky has to learn to alter his style every so often!!

Hatton won't have any problems turning it into a scrap, Hatton does have a good chin, but everyone has that chance of getting caught just right to go good night. Like I said it is unlikely, but it is Lazcano's only chance, he can't win the in or out fighting IMO (although there shouldn't be much outfighting anyway).

I recieved a -0 rep comment from Khan_no_1 or whatever the tool's name is that reads as follows.

"YOU ARE A PRICK, AMIR WILL PROVE YOU WRONG YOU WANKER"

I have one or two things to say about this... Khan is not world class yet. He will not be world class in a year either. Khan has a long way to go before he's tangoing with the likes of Casa and Campbell. WAKE UP KID... (I bet you are... 17? And for the record, if you're over that age then temper antrums are not socially acceptable) You're being fooled by smoke and mirrors.

I would like to see Khan succeed but he won't be ready for a title in a years time... As I said, I wish him the best and hope he succeeds...Now run along and go play cops and robbers.

You will be proved wrong again and again mate, he will be a world champ within 1 year! I will bump this thread up for you when he does become champ.

And for the record, yes you are a prick and an even bigger wanker. Take care
