OK Tito BHB , the thing is that Cintron suppoused to fight Mandatory with Clotey , now Margaro inhereded the Mandatory fight with Clotey , now to want fight with Cotto he should give the Strap of IBF to the organization , i been confused too , because weeks ago the Medias were commented that this fight now will going to be an Unificatory fight .............
