The last two guys Paulie's faced have been really average fighters and he's just looked very poor. Hatton's on the slide clearly but I just don't see what other people see in Paulie, he's really not that hard to hit for a guy as quick as he is. He's tougher than he looks but I don't see some great fighter there.

Hes not,Paulie looked terrible.Honestly,I think both are off in overall showings.Taking into consideration that Hatton was coming off of KO loss....Some guys can never come back from that. Both favorites were stunned tonight.Paulie has looked on the other side recentley...but with his "style" could give Hatton problems but we have to see if tonight was The latest version of Hatton or a rugged rebuilding fight scapping off the rust....His defense was invisible ,and a tad sluggish but I'd still like to see him beat the weeve & braids off of Paulie.

I think Paulie's lack of power would hurt him badly. You can see Hatton would be in some real trouble against a sharp shooter type counter puncher with some power cause he just walks in with his head up high, or he leads with that jumping left hook and he's open for a lot of punches, especially the left hook. Its not like Lazcano's some counter punching expert with huge power and look what he at times was able to do. Paulie just really jabs and the occasional flashy combo. Not sure that would be enough.

Hatton haters would love the idea of an ODLH-Hatton fight. Look at the work Lazcano was able to do at times with his left hook and then replace Lazcano with ODLH, Hatton would get hurt.

So how bad was Hatton stunned ?? rate his performance out of 10, and how do you think he will fare against some of the top Jr Welterweights ?? if by what im reading Hatton was stunned twice by naturally smaller Lazcano, then i don't fancy his chances against a power puncher like Torres.

IMO he was hurt very bad. In fact, had the ref not taken the time to let Hatton get his booties tied he would have gotten ktfo. Hurt pretty bad. guy eats punches like candy. A poor performance and from 1-10 I'd say a 5.

I admit he was stunned a couple of times, one looked like a low blow but I could be wrong, he was wobbled. I expect him to beat the others at 140 I mean the interview afterwards said a lot, he said he was the most nervous before that fight that any other as to how he would feel coming back from the first loss. Credit to Lazcano, he took everything Hatton threw.

I have to tell you ,On the replay he was really caught with mutiple shots...Bear with me.In the 8th at 1:15 Lazcano caught him underneathe of Hattons lead right hand with very good left,Stunned Hatton reaches in and grabs/Stumbles bent over in corner,Lazcano lands hard right to middle of Hatton high on belt.Hatton grabs on in the corner with both hands.Almost repeated the process at 58 sec. with a lazcano left hook and took a few before Hatton started punching back at 38 sec mark

The 10th smelled of favoritism imo..Hatton lands big right hand and falls in.Lazcano catches him with short left hook about 1 minute mark and Hatton is stood up straight,Steps forward and throws week jab....Lazcano lands a wider lefthook ,followed by another on point of chin and another clubbing one on head.Hatton reaches in and holds,in a 90 angle on the ropes with Lazcano throwing the ref breaks them and warns Lazcano for pushing down,All the while Hatton is standing in corner holding up his left foot showing the ref his untied boot,And the ref obliges him.A big break. It didn't smell of favoritism, it was favoritism. We can argue all night, but I don't think you can dispute that.
