Quintana beats his ass again
Hey No Contest , is true and you are right , is just that i criticize when a boxer make an excuse when loss , obviously i criticized Quintana once when in an local interview the Journal ask him Who was the boxer that hit him more harder in his life in boxing and he said that was Joel Julio , do you believe that? I been lauthing because he didnt want accept it yet the KO by Cotto...................is just that i dont like excuses , when you fight , you suppouse to be prepare for fight ...............![]()
I'm going with VD again. I think he was one of the VERY few that called that first fight a Quintana win BEFORE the fight. And I just think PW sucks at fighting southpaws(I've heard about this from his sparring sessions) so Quitnana's style may just be too much for him. I've heard Quintana wants to sstop PW though,he could make the mistake of gassing going for the KO or not fighting for points so it's going to be a close fight. I'll take Quintana split.
The mystery and shine is off Rue Paul.He is ass backwards in style and sabotages his natural gifts. He is going to try to get to Quintana's body but I see Quintana landing on him from below & in ad out with high frequency once again. He may very well try to box tall off the jab but I don't see him sustaining it,and he'll start falling over laying in,smothers power and getting clipped.
I completely agree. I think Williams is simply always going to have problems with a guy who can move and counter punch, keep him guessing and give angles. He could certainly prove me wrong if he can bring a different game plan this time around and beat Quintana, but I doubt he'll be able to adapt majorly like that.. He is just too akward and slow footed to deal with good lateral movement imo. His fighting style doesn't utilize his natural advantages at all. Margarito was the perfect opponent for him and he still came apart somewhat in the later rounds(though he did do well to come back and get the 12th imo). Only thing that makes me slightly concerned about picking Quintana is that he did gas out pretty badly around the mid-late rounds in the first fight, but he seemed to get it together somewhat. If Carlos can come into the rematch in better condition he'll win more convincingly.
I admit i made a huge mistake in thinking that Williams was going to be a future star, maybe he still will be but think he could get beaten again.
