Apparently his girlfriend was driving behind him when a gust of wind caused him to lose control of his motorbike, cross the yellow line, and slam head-on into a tractor-trailer near his home of Shippagan, NB. He was killed instantly. My heart goes out to her and to his entire family, as well as his friends.

Very sad, a promising career and life cut short. Wish the best for his family and friends.

Yes CFH, I must admit that it doesn't look good for the Pens. Didn't get to see the game as the party I was having the Kimbo Slice thingy was more of a draw. Pens really needed this game. Detroit is just too strong I believe for them to make a comeback.

I suppose we'll see.
The Pens are done, I'd be amazed if they made a comeback. I think that I predicted Detroit in 6 earlier, maybe I'll actually be right with a prediction for once.

When I was a kid Detroit was my favorite team, I still remember how they went from a terrible team to a dynasty under the leadership of Steve Yzerman, who to this day is my favorite all-time player. The Canucks are my team now, but Detroit and Boston will always be my 2nd teams because I loved them as a kid.
