No I don't think Diaz will win, in truth I'll be surprised if Pacquiao doesn't stop him!

As far as pure talent and athleticism, Pac is clearly the better fighter. But as some people have mentioned...will Manny be fully focused and prepared? If he is...he should win easy. If he isn't, he will have a tough fight on his hand. I also had a well past it Morales barely winning his first fight against Diaz. So a prime and focused Manny should have no excuses to lose. I just can't see Manny getting fired up for this fight like he did for the Marquez fight.
