Your 6'1" too!!Good hight....i just wish i could get down to me good old 12 and a half to 13 stone again. Its going to take blood sweat and tears.....again...oh well it'll be worth it.I've been down that same road again!!
    Cool!
I'll keep an eye out for the name!
My fight is against a bloke from London or Manchester I believe.

It's always tough to get back into it, but at the end of the day, if you want it, you know you'll be really happy when you attain it!

I train with Olympic BC in Galway Ireland and I also train with Ken Horan's gym.
Nice one mate!!I'll let you know when their fighting on Sky Sports.Their most likely to be shown on the FRIDAY FIGHTNIGHT SHOWS!Their'll be fighting soon!Really good lads and really good propects in british boxing too.
True i know i'll feel great when i get in tip-top shape...i've been there before. This time im keeping on top of thing when i do get in great shape.I fact im going jogging again tonight to make sur.I do loads of runs.I've always have for donkey of years now.You should see the flight of steps that i run up half way through me run.......theres about 70steps in total and each step is a foot (12")in depth,so you have to really throw your legs up high on each step....."IT'S A F$%^ING KILLER!!!ha!I go up them three times too!

    Was a nice workout.
Not as intense as yours sounds, I did it cotto style, nice and seemingly slow, building the pace in spots.
I'll post it inn the training logs now!

Alright they Donny!I've had a look at your training session list you did yesterday!Good to know that your gently stretching all those tendon and joint before your workout. There are KEY for any form of exercise and it'll do you wonders now and mostly in the future too when your get older as long as you keep having them lubricated with your usual intake of Glucosamine, and fish oil(Salom is best!!)as i already know you do!!

    Keep it up!

I've always taken fish oils, ever since I did my Leaving Cert really, but the word Glucosamine keeps popping up at various boxing training sessions, I must investigate further!

I'm aiming for a tougher session tonight.
It was cool yesterday, so I failed to really ignite, but I'm eating a special lunch so i should have plenty energy this evening.

Glucosamine is a really beneficial supplement to take daily mate. Please invest in it!!!I take two 500mg tables a day. It's scienticially proven to help cushion your joints.Take it regularly now mate and your body will thank you BIG TIME as you get older.Because as with old age your body will lose its natural defence especially in your joints and tendons(The loss of the Cartilage)and Glucosamine will help encourage to build and support your exsisting carilage!!!Im a thoughtful friend arn't i,ha.True though mate Get stocking up on the stuff and take it daily.

Does it have any effects other than improve cartilage?
